El Real Healthy Spaghetti with Mix Seafoods

Ingredients:

  • 250 g. EL REAL HEALTHY SPAGHETTI
  • 1⁄4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1⁄4 cup crushed garlic
  • 1⁄4 tsp. crushed red pepper (siling labuyo)
  • 2 cups canned whole tomatoes - chop tomato, save sauce
  • 250 g. frozen mix seafood (shrimp, kani, scallop, mussels)
  • 1 tbsp. rock salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. bottled Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar

GARNISH

  • 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Procedure:

  1. Cook 250 g. EL REAL HEALTHY SPAGHETTI according to package directions. Drain under faucet water. Blanch in boiling water when ready to serve.

  2. In a 12 inch deep frying pan, put oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add mix seafoods and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add remaining ingredients. Let it boil.

  5. Turn off fire and toss in spaghetti. Pour on serving platter.

  6. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4-6.
