El Real Healthy Spaghetti with Chicken Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams EL REAL HEALTHY SPAGHETTI
  • 250 grams broccoli, cleaned and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable
  • 1 white onion, sliced thinly, separated into rings
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano

Procedure:

  1. To clean broccoli, thoroughly wash it under running water, then trim the ends.

  2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli for 2 minutes.

    Transfer to a bowl using a slotted spoon.

  3. Cook EL REAL HEALTHY SPAGHETTI according to package directions.

  4. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add the chicken and sprinkle with herb seasoning. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Transfer to plates. Leave oil in the skillet.

  5. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Add broccoli and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, stir frequently until tender.

  6. Add the cooked EL REAL HEALTHY SPAGHETTI then sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Serve alongside the chicken.

Optional: Add 3 pieces basil leaves and 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese for décor.
