El Real Flat Spaghetti with Beef Strips

This is great for those who love sukiyaki.

Ingredients:

  • 250g EL REAL FLAT SPAGHETTI
  • 1⁄4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1⁄4 cup minced onion
  • 1⁄4 kilo sukiyaki (thinly sliced beef - cut into 1⁄4 inch wide strips)
  • 1 beef cube
  • 1⁄4 cup CONTINENTAL ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

Procedure:

  1. Cook EL REAL FLAT SPAGHETTI according to package directions. Drain and wash under faucet water. Submerge in boiling water when ready to serve.

  2. In a 12-inch frying pan, put the butter and onions. When onions are soft, add and sautee the beef, beef cube, salt and pepper until beef is half cooked.

  3. Add CONTINENTAL ALL PURPOSE FLOUR then mix well.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well incorporated.

  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sautéed mixture.
    Serves 4.

NOTE: 250g or ¼ kilo ground beef may be used in place of beef strips.
